The staff were responsive when we reported issues.

Our room had a terrible smell and stained rugs, made it uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so dirty and the customer service was horrible.

Poor breakfast, dirty hallways, dirty rooms. Would never recomend it, never return...

Our family loved the nearby Barnyard Zoo, where we had fun interacting with the animals. The hotel was accommodating and dog-friendly. The staff was cute and ensured we had everything we needed .

In my wife's opinion, the room could use better upkeep.

The hotel had guests that were living there on a permanent basis. Little kids running around in the halls and one night the alarm was set off by a child. Breakfast was full of families with kids. Cartoons were on the tv instead of news shows.I Was put in the very back of the hotel and felt very unsafe due to the clientel staying at the hotel. Overall experience, very poor.

Upon arrival, I was shocked by the unprofessional staff who used foul language and tried to charge extra fees which I wasn't prepared for. The room was disgustingly dirty. I regret choosing this place.

This hotel serves the local social service agencies with emergency shelter.

The stay was quite comfortable. It was an extremely comfy and pretty standard hotel in a very very nice area, close enough to restaurants and shops and food places and Boston and the west part of Massachusetts. The staff was pleasant plus the location was decent and nice. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals.

The breakfast was superb. Fresh sausage and eggs every morning made the kids happy, no easy feat! And, the coffee was always hot, just how I like it.

It wasn't inexpensive, but the service was still acceptable.

The price on the website was a little misleading and didn't mention anything about a deposit fee or the final price when I booked my room.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. A brand-new and tidy room provided with TV, bedroom, all supplies...

The room was infested with cleanliness issues. It felt filthy throughout. The noise level from other guests was intolerable, impacting any chance of a restful night. Instead of enjoying a peaceful stay, I returned to my vehicle the next morning to discover it had been broken into, leaving my belongings in disarray. The only highlight was the friendly staff, but that couldn't compensate for the overall experience. I definitely won't be returning.
